UPDATE 08JUN2023: the musollah at Duo Galleria is now available from 12.30pm to 9pm, Monday to Saturday - excluding Sunday & Public Holiday (Credits to Sister Zati)
If you come from Bugis MRT, 1. Walk towards the Downtown Line Bugis Station, Exit E. Take the escalator up to the ground level. You will be right in front of Duo Galleria. 2. The first shop you see is Salad Stop. Walk on the path on the right, you will see a Prayer symbol on the pillar on the right. Walk about 20 meters and you will see another sign with the Prayer symbol. 3. The Musollah is just a few steps ahead after that second pillar on your left. Turn left, the musollah for muslimins is on the right while for muslimahs, it is straight ahead past the handicap toilet, turn left. 4. Ablution area is inside with sejadah and prayer mats provided. If you come from Arab Street area, 1. Cross the junction (where North Bridge Rd and Ophir Rd intersect) and walk along North Bridge Road, Duo Towers is on the left. Walk straight ahead, past Parkview Square. After passing by Parkview square, turn left towards the MRT exit E where Duo Galleria is. 2. Follow steps 2-4 above. P.S. You may choose to walk through the shops in Duo Towers but it is quite a long and confusing route.

UPDATE 26/07/2021: The musollah is still open to public, but max is 2 people in the musollah due to safe distancing measures.
1. On level 2, look for the IKEA Foodcourt/canteen area
2. There is a sign on the left, with the prayer symbol and toilets. Walk down the corridor till the end where the musollah is. 3. Turn right when you see the Exit sign. The muslimah is straight ahead, while muslimin area is to the left. Both musollahs for muslimin and muslimah have prayer mats provided and an ablution area. Sejadah are provided in the muslimah area.

(UPDATE 22/07/2021: We have been informed by the management that this is not open to public. It is only for hotel guests/restaurant patrons.)
1. From the entrance of Grand Hyatt, walk towards Straits Kitchen. 2. Between Straits Kitchen and the Scotts Area, there is a corridor leading to the carpark. Walk up the staircase/ramp. 3. You will see a lift lobby to the rooms. Walk past it and turn right to the carpark exit (Terrance Wing). 4. When exiting the hotel to the carpark exit, look to your right (135 deg to your right), you will see the musollah. Ablution area is just beside the musollah room. It is a comfortable room, with a curtain separating the muslimin and muslimah area. Prayer mat and sejadah is provided.
