There is a separate musollah for muslimah and muslimin as per below.

Male Muslim Prayer Room: Basement 1 (opposite the nursing room/beside the toilets. It is down the corridor between Kenny Rogers and Iichi boshi)
Female Muslim Prayer Room: Level 2 (look for Go Pizza #B1-11 and Japan Home  #B1-12A andwalk down the corridor between them leading to the musollah/toilets)

Ablution area provided. Prayer mats and telekung are provided..
